IT Infrastructure Manager

As our IT Infrastructure Manager, you’ll play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing our IT infrastructure while spearheading research and development (R&D) initiatives to keep us ahead of the game.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud computing, and security systems.
2. Develop and execute IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and security.
3. Lead research and development (R&D) initiatives to identify and implement new technologies that support business growth.
4. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection regulations, and best practices.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate enterprise IT solutions.
6. Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
7. Monitor IT performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and uptime.
8. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, enterprise systems, or research & development.
3. Strong knowledge of network architecture, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise IT solutions.
4. Experience in IT project management and digital transformation initiatives.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to stay updated with the latest technological trends and innovations.
