About the role

As an IT Infrastructure Consultant at PT ICP Cipta Prima, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and strategic guidance to our clients. This will be freelance work so you can work from anywhere. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our clients' IT infrastructure, networks, and systems. Your work will be fundamental in helping our customers leverage technology to achieve their business objectives.

What we're looking for

• Able to perform system performance analysis and provide optimization solutions.
• Have experience in IPPBX and Telephony areas.
• Mastering Linux operating system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) and Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS).
• Familiar with virtualization technology (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox).
• Experience in cloud server management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Expertise in basic networking (TCP/IP, routing, firewall, VPN).
• Understand the concept of High Availability (HA), Load Balancing, Clustering, and Disaster Recovery.
• Mastering automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience in monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus) and backup solutions.
• Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation of administrative tasks.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure security (firewall, IDS/IPS, endpoint security).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
