IT Hardware Staff

Responsibilities

1. Hardware-related procurement and evaluation
2. Equipment setup and troubleshooting

Requirements

1. Associate’s degree (D3), preferably in networking, IT, or related fields.
2. 2 - 3 years in relevant field.
3. Proficient in network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
4. Familiar with computer hardware (PCs, servers, printers) and network equipment (routers, switches).
5. Skilled in monitoring and analyzing network anomalies and performing troubleshooting.
6. Low-Voltage Equipment Maintenance e.g. CCTV, EAC, Attendance Machine, etc.
