Job Description:

• Conduct business and user requirement analysis.
• Gain/maintain an in-depth knowledge of business functions.
• Investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution.
• Create system documentation, database, flowchart, business process, application, and testing scenarios.
• Coordinate with business users and programmer team in software development projects.
• Communicate with user departments, explaining the impact of any change and training them in the use of new applications.
• Maintain and support clients, including technical advice, creating reports, data analysis, and correction.

Requirements:

• Maximum 30 years old.
• S1/Bachelor Degree majoring in Information Technology with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Solid consultancy background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in ERP, especially in property business industries.
• Fast learner and great passion for innovation.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Knowledgeable in identifying, evaluating operational processes and procedures, problems, and requirements.
• Excellent in creating system documentation, database (SQL Server), flowchart, business process, application, and testing.
• Good initiative, teamwork, integrity, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Analytical, good communication, and a can-do attitude are a must.
• Fresh graduates with good knowledge of technology and application platforms are welcome.
• Prior customer service and client relations experience preferred.
• Will be located in Jakarta.
