About the role

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of IT solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related needs
• Participating in the development and deployment of new technologies
• Providing Mandarin translation and interpretation services as required
• Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, in addition to fluency in English
• Familiarity with common IT hardware and software, including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Adaptable, quick-learner with a keen interest in technology and a passion for continuous improvement
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
