IT Engineer (Banking, Onsite, Jakarta)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Engineer to join our client's team (Banking) in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

1. Work onsite in a 24x7 environment, divided into 3 shifts per day.
2. Perform system monitoring and basic troubleshooting according to SOP documents.
   Assist L0 – IT Helpdesk Support in executing simple troubleshooting and reconfiguration of client's services and systems.
3. Maintain documentation of all activities, procedures, and processes undertaken.
4. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operation of systems and services.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in a relevant field.
2. Demonstrated soft competencies including initiative, enthusiasm for work, and a strong desire to learn.
3. Basic level proficiency in Linux operating systems demonstrated by LFCA certification or completion of required training for Linux Foundation Certified IT Associate (LFCA) certification.
4. Basic understanding of public cloud management, such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and Azure.
5. Experience in DevOps and SRE Fundamentals with certifications is highly advantageous.
6. Certification or equivalent training in Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS) Certification is preferred.
