IT Endpoint SoC Operation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Endpoint SoC Operation to join our team at PT Clarus Innovace Teknologi. This contract position is based in Jakarta and will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and responding to security incidents and alerts from our IT endpoints
• Investigating and resolving security breaches and vulnerabilities
• Coordinating with IT and security teams to implement remediation measures
• Developing and maintaining security policies, procedures and guidelines
• Providing training and support to end-users on security best practices
• Continuously staying up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends
• Generating detailed reports and metrics on the security posture of our IT environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security operations, preferably in the Endpoint Security Operations Centre (SoC) domain
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, including vulnerability management, incident response, and threat detection
• Proficiency in using security information and event management (SIEM) tools, endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions, and other security monitoring and analysis platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively investigate and mitigate security incidents
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest security threats, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
• Certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, GIAC, or OSCP, would be an advantage
