Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with bank-wide goals.
Ensure the IT roadmap supports the bank's growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Manage and optimize IT resources, including budgeting, staffing, and vendor relationships.
Oversee the maintenance, security, and optimization of the bank's IT infrastructure.
Lead the design and development of innovative IT solutions to enhance banking services such as payments, cash management, trade finance, and risk management systems.
Ensure that all IT systems comply with regulatory standards, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and financial regulations.
Develop, implement, and monitor IT security policies to protect against internal and external threats.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 13 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the banking industry, preferably in a multinational bank.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management.
Demonstrated ability to drive change, innovate, and manage complex projects.
Proven track record of managing large-scale IT operations, technology strategy, and digital transformation initiatives in a banking environment.
Strong knowledge of core banking systems, corporate banking products, and financial technologies.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and financial systems integration.
