IT Data Engineer (SY)

Establishing Data and Information Governance, as well as a Data Catalog and its Valuation (based on the principles of Availability, Integrity, and Confidentiality).

Managing data within a Unified & Integrated Data Platform/Pipeline from First Parties, including Data Marts and Data Lakes, as well as defining the roles/correlations with user privileges (eligibility) and data sources.

Ensuring the reliability of both data sources and data processing while adhering to the principles of Atomicity, Consistency, Isolation, and Durability (ACID).

Proactively performing data analysis and discovering insights as part of identifying opportunities for continuous digitalization and modernization.

Building and managing AI models and exposing them in the form of APIs that are ready to be consumed by satellite systems/thematic applications/solutions.

Conducting investigations and resolving issues related to data and analytics.

Designing ETL processes, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, and Decision Support Systems (DSS) to support reporting needs and executive/board-level insights.

Building visualization dashboards using visualization tools, applying a prototyping approach, and communicating effectively with data owners and data users.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 4 years experience as Data Engineer.

Have a good understanding of the concepts and tools for Extraction, Transformation, Loading (ETL), Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, OLAP, MOLAP, ROLAP, Data Lake, Near-Real-Time Event-Driven Data (Change Data Capture), and Visualization Dashboards.

A self-motivated individual who actively learns and keeps up with developments in Data and supporting technologies.

Capable of acting as an Active Change Agent in transforming a First Party organization's culture into a Data-Driven one.

Proficient in operating and customizing open-source visualization tools, such as Apache Superset and/or Metabase, as well as other open-source tools.

Strong communication skills in a professional environment, both in Indonesian and English, verbally and in writing.

A team player with strong analytical thinking skills, capable of understanding problems and providing effective resolutions.

Having experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) is considered a plus.
