IT Business Analyst Insurance

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct, analyze and review requirements gathering from stakeholders to understand pain points.
• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure that implementations meet specifications and quality standards.
• Design complex business processes and data models with multiple domains and layers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of implementation.
• Collaborate across Service Management, release management, Core Support, Development, and software testing teams.
• Act as a consultant/advisor to other analysts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor (S1) in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Business Analyst in insurance.
• Insurance Knowledge: Basic and Moderate.
• Language Proficiency: English Basic and English Fluent.
• Technical Knowledge: Data Analysis/Mapping and Basic SQL Query.
