Conduct, analyze and review requirements gathering from stakeholders to understand pain points.
Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure that implementations meet specifications and quality standards.
Design complex business processes and data models with multiple domains and layers.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of implementation.
Collaborate across Service Management, release management, Core Support, Development, and software testing teams.
Act as a consultant/advisor to other analysts.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor (S1) in Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Business Analyst in insurance.
Insurance Knowledge: Basic and Moderate.
Language Proficiency: English Basic and English Fluent.
Technical Knowledge: Data Analysis/Mapping and Basic SQL Query.
