IT Business Analyst

Xapiens Technology Indonesia – Tangerang, Banten

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
3. Map existing business processes and create models for future state processes to identify areas of improvement and automation.
4. Participate in system design and architecture reviews, ensuring that solutions meet both business and technical goals.
5. Lead IT projects from initiation to closure, managing project timelines, resources, scope, and risks.
6. Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
7. Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and project stakeholders.
8. Provide support and training to business users during the transition to new systems or processes.
9. Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage projects based on business needs.
10. Conduct regular risk reviews and escalate critical risks to senior management as necessary.
11. Ensure all project documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, test plans, and user manuals, is maintained and up-to-date.
