IT Business Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Having basic skills in SQL Query, Stored Procedure, and Functions.
• Ready to handle Financial Services business.
• Experience in making Business and Technical documentation.
• Good casual communication; fluent in English (is a plus).
• Ready to work from the office (WFO).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize Business and Tech requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for IT solutions.
• Create documentation such as PRD (English Documentation).
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
• Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Create detailed process flows, use cases, and data models to guide solution development.
• Assist in creating project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manage changes in project scope and requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Identify, report, and track defects or issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Act as the liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, technologies, and methodologies.
