Job description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.
Align each user requirement with existing processes and provide value-added solutions.
Deliver business process specifications for each user requirement in application development, considering cost-benefit factors in implementation.
Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards.
Take ownership of technical challenges and problems.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Minimum Qualifications

Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related major.
1-3 years of experience in software development.
Experience with SAP FICO, MM, SD, CRM, Sales preferred; proficiency in Office, SQL, SQL Server.
Experience in SQL, SQL Server, and BI Tools (Microstrategy, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus.
