IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.
• Align each user requirement with existing processes and add value to them.
• Deliver business process specification for each user requirement on application development, considering cost-benefit factors in its implementation.
• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards.
• Take ownership of technical challenges and problems.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Minimum Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related major.
• 1-3 years of experience in software development.
• Experience using SAP FICO, MM, SD, CRM, Sales is preferred, along with Office, SQL, and SQL Server.
• Experience in SQL, SQL Server, and BI Tools (Microstrategy, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus.
