Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree in IT/Engineering/Science related field
- Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience
- Understanding of the Basic Life Insurance business rules and processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of SDLC and experience implementing the full software development cycle
- Experience handling applications (front end, integration, or core application) related to insurance processes
- Experience with L400/Lifeasia insurance systems and product setup
- Experience in requirement gathering for Business Requirement/Functional Specification Document creation
- Good time-management skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with SQL (DML commands)
