IT Availability Monitoring

Job Responsibilities

Monitor the Bank Stability Report periodically (daily, weekly, monthly, annually).

Assist in analyzing system availability and stability updates.

Conduct disaster scenario testing to ensure recovery readiness.

Document test results and collaborate with IT teams for improvements.

Support the development and maintenance of the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).

Prepare regular reports on system availability and disaster recovery testing.

Update monitoring procedures and recovery plans documentation.

Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and external parties to ensure system operations.

Manage the Key Risk Indicator (KRI) report and coordinate with related teams.
