Job Description:

• Implement the investment banking business goals of the respective business/functional departments, build business teams, establish operational systems, track project progress, and achieve departmental assessment goals
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of each stage of project advancement
• Establish a departmental talent pool, and continuously promote talent cultivation and development
• Responsible for communication and coordination with other internal departments, corporate clients, other intermediaries, and regulatory agencies
• Provide continuous services to clients based on their different needs at various stages, aiming for long-term business cooperation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above (a CPA or legal qualification certificate in finance, economics, or law is a plus)
• Over 5 years of experience in securities investment banking IPO-related business
• Proficient in financing work in the Indonesian market, familiar with the workflows of financing, asset management, project operations, project initiation, and research
• Qualified as a registered sponsor representative qualification, with team management experience, and experienced in undertaking, executing, and underwriting equity projects
• Strong ability to handle pressure, excellent communication and coordination skills, strong written expression skills, strong execution, and a high level of dedication and teamwork spirit
