Internal Audit and Risk Management

Responsibilities:

• Examine the audit object in accordance with the audit work plan and direction from Internal Audit Manager.
• Understand and practice Business Risk mapping and Performance Management.
• Utilize tools for data analysis and set a list of risk parameters in a business process.
• Plan and monitor the risk management process, providing accurate reports.
• Apply an appropriate approach to the Risk Owner in conducting risk assessment and risk mitigation, while obtaining factual information professionally.
• Communicate risk management results effectively to Risk Owners and BOD/BOC.
• Analyze corrective steps in line with applicable management policies and systems.
• Ensure work systems in each department run consistently.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge and skills in statistics/data analysis.
• Attention to detail, good analytical and creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Independent, able to work under pressure, and high mobility.
• Effective communication skills.
