Kama Granite, under PT Fona Jaya Abadi, is a leading granite and interior supply company with nearly 10 years in Indonesia. Originating from Foshan, China, we specialize in high-quality granite, ceramics, and interior solutions for residential, commercial, and retail spaces.

We are expanding our in-house interior design team to provide tailored, high-end interior solutions using our own materials for our clients. We are looking for a Head Interior Designer and 2–3 supporting designers to lead and execute client projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the in-house interior design team, overseeing client projects.
• Create and present 2D & 3D interior design concepts, mock-ups, and renderings.
• Develop functional and aesthetic layouts for residential and commercial clients.
• Curate and recommend Kama Granite products for each project, ensuring design consistency and quality.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide professional design solutions.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept to execution, ensuring quality control.
• Collaborate with the sales and procurement team to ensure material availability and budget alignment.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations while maintaining high design standards.
• Provide creative direction to junior designers and mentor team members.

For Interior Designers (3 Candidates – Mandarin Preferred but Not Required)

• Assist in designing custom interiors using Kama Granite products.
• Support the creation of detailed floor plans, fixture layouts, and mood boards.
• Select and recommend materials, finishes, and color schemes based on project needs.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and technical drawings for client presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance product storytelling through design.
• Assist in on-site measurements, installation planning, and vendor coordination.
• Stay updated with design trends, material innovations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

For Head Interior Designer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential, retail, or commercial spaces.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end interior projects using stone, ceramics, or luxury materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, and Render Enscape.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, textures, and finishing techniques.
• Strong leadership, project management, and client-facing skills.

For Interior Designers:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios welcome).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape.
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and team members.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (required); English and/or Mandarin is a plus.
