INTERIOR DESIGNER

- Conceptualize and create 3D, 2D designs, mock-ups, and renderings for retail interiors.

- Develop functional and aesthetic layouts for store interiors and fixture placements.

- Prepare block, merchandising, and fixture plans.

- Select materials that meet design aesthetics and functionality.

- Manage purchase orders for fixtures, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail design, with a proven ability to create innovative and customer-focused spaces.

- Experience in the fashion retail will be an advantage.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, and Render Enscape.

- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and color schemes with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Portfolio required with CV submission.

- Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
