Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and create 3D, 2D designs, mock-ups, and renderings for retail interiors.
2. Develop functional and aesthetic layouts for store interiors and fixture placements.
3. Prepare block, merchandising, and fixture plans.
4. Select materials that meet design aesthetics and functionality.
5. Manage purchase orders for fixtures, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail design, with a proven ability to create innovative and customer-focused spaces.
3. Experience in the fashion retail will be an advantage.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, and Render Enscape.
5. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and color schemes with a keen eye for detail.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Portfolio required with CV submission.
8. Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
