Job Description

• This is a managerial function.
• The successful candidate will need to manage resources within the business both locally and regionally, across teams, to help the sales team win opportunities and stand out amongst competitors.
• He/she should be able to help the sales team bring the best service to clients and prospects, besides monitoring and reporting the sales process KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional work experience in the insurance industry, ideally in client service, marketing, sales, or bid (RFP) management.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft applications and graphic design to provide high-quality proposals and presentations.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is preferred.
• University degree and/or a professional qualification (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field) from a renowned university.
• Solid project management and organizational skills, including the ability to adapt to changing time pressures/flexibility.
• Experience in the development of custom strategic content (leveraging strategic messaging/value propositions) and strong editing skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting all deadlines.
