Coordinate and maintain good relationships with Branch Manager or Relation Manager of the banks allocated in order to support performance and Bancassurance growth.
Prepare production report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Coordinate with Claims Team for claims settlements.
Perform Customer Centricity by attentiveness, reliability, and availability to customers, in line with current AXA pillar.
Ensure compliance by meeting regulatory requirements and adhering to policy and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Completion of minimum Diploma III or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar position within an insurance company.
Excellent communication and group facilitation skills, with the ability to write and deliver training courses and material.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, innovation, and a focus on customer service excellence.
Good team leadership and time management skills.
Good knowledge of general insurance products (retail and commercial business).
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Good knowledge of marketing media and technologies.
