Working Locations:

Job Description:

• Monitor the product inspection, metal detector checking and packing process.
• Lead the QC team during the shift working hours.
• Create communication between QC's members, QC Supervisor, QC Head.
• Give information to production leader/engineering about the problems.
• Report daily data to QC Supervisor.
• Follow up the tasks related with the process if necessary and approved by a superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/Polytechnic degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Injection Molding, Plastic Injection, Production Engineering, or Mold Production.
• Strong expertise in Injection Molding processes, product quality control, and leadership/people management (Experience in an Injection Molding company is preferred).
• Proficient in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Computer literate, with proficiency in relevant software/tools.
• Knowledge of environmental impact assessment, risk identification, and control measures.
• Broad understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3).
• Fundamental knowledge of workplace safety best practices.
