We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inhouse Legal Associate to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:
The In-house Legal Officer is responsible for handling the company’s legal matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, preparing and reviewing legal contracts, and managing legal issues related to fraud cases. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding the company's legal interests and mitigating legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Drafting and Review:
   Draft, review, and negotiate various types of legal contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests. Ensure that contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements and reflect the company’s policies and objectives. Manage and maintain records of all company contracts and ensure timely renewals or amendments.
2. Fraud Management and Legal Action:
   Handle legal matters related to fraudulent activities, including investigating cases, preparing warning letters, and making official reports to law enforcement authorities. Coordinate and negotiate with law enforcement agencies, including the police, during investigations and follow-ups. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to fraud cases or disputes, as required.
3. Legal Advisory and Compliance:
   Provide legal advice to the company’s management and other departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments to mitigate potential risks. Assist in developing internal policies and procedures that align with legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law. A professional law license (advocate license) may be an advantage.
2. Proven experience for a minimum of 4 years in contract law, legal compliance, and handling legal matters related to fraud cases.
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian legal regulations, especially corporate law, contract law, manpower law, and criminal law.
4. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple legal cases, and meet tight deadlines.
6. High ethical standards, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
