Infrastructure & Facilities Supervisor (For Module Project)

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise the subordinate on work result.

2. Ensure the resources (manpower, material, time, etc.) usage are allocated to the satisfaction of classification society and owner.

3. Ensure specifications (content, diagram, chart, table, etc.) and work instructions are followed to meet the product requirements.

4. Coordinate work progress and ensure that activities and resource use conform to plan requirements.

5. Coordinate work program with other supervisors and other trade supervisors properly.

6. Ensure all safety and quality requirements are met at all times.

7. Manage and measure productivity on related issues.

8. Supervise the employees' work discipline.

9. Supervise and coordinate the facility job process based on customer and quality objectives.

10. Verify the facility work schedule upon the job target.

11. Control the job process, job safety conditions, job target, and man hours allocation.

12. Handle all internal department problem-solving and formulate corrective actions.

13. Liaise with other departments regarding employee job performance and safety conditions for continuous improvement in the department.

14. Report to manager for every job achievement.

15. Ensure that all routine maintenance activities are carried out and minimize downtime on all equipment.

16. Follow the Safety Rules and Regulations set forth in the Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Environmental Policy by the yard.

17. Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines and regulations throughout all phases of infrastructure and facilities projects.

18. Ensure that infrastructure projects and facilities are developed with environmental sustainability in mind, complying with all relevant environmental standards.

Minimum Requirements

1. Electrical/Mechanical/Marine or a related field.

2. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in this field.

3. Fluent in English (verbal and written).

4. Ability to work with a multi-national workforce.

5. Experience in the oil and gas industry/shipyards/large industrial projects is highly advantageous.

6. Graduated from Batam Polytechnic in Mechatronics with E&I Certification is an advantage.

7. Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

8. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills to manage teams, contractors, and vendors effectively.
