This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist at CV. MITRA UTAMA TEKNOLOGI in Jambi, Indonesia. The IT Specialist will be responsible for:

1. Network administration
2. Troubleshooting
3. Network security
4. Providing customer service support for IT-related issues

• Network Administration and Network Security skills
• Experience in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA Network+)
• Experience with cloud computing and data recovery is a plus
