Job Purpose

This position will oversee and coordinate IT functions, ensuring efficient business operations by managing cross-functional processes, supporting internal departments, and optimizing workflows. Effective collaboration with specialists in each area to enhance operational efficiency and compliance is also required.

Job Description

• Manage budget & expenditure within the department to increase operational efficiency, including analyzing business needs and aligning them with appropriate IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee and develop department team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risk in every IT function.
• Foster a culture of security awareness through employee education about cybersecurity best practices to protect company interests.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, IT best practices, and align IT practices with relevant policies within the company.
• Set strategic goals to ensure efficient operation and optimization of the ERP system to support organizational processes and objectives.
• Lead identification, diagnosis, and resolution of system issues and errors of Integration Manufacturing System (ERP, WMS, MES, LIMS).
• Oversee IT performance & issues troubleshooting to ensure system reliability, high quality IT service, and uptime.
• Manage and oversee utilization of IT infrastructure within the company.
• Lead R&D initiatives to identify and implement new technologies that support business growth.

Skill & Experience:

• University graduate (bachelor’s degree) in an IT-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Manager.
• Preference for candidates from manufacturing companies in the FMCG industry, with experience handling cross-departmental coordination.
• Good communication skills, assertive, honest, able to work under pressure, and high responsibility.
• Good in English (verbal, practical, written), able to speak Korean is a plus point.
• Understands SAP/ERP well.

Working Environment

• Work in an air-conditioned office area (sometimes need to work in the production area to analyze processes).
• Works 8 hours a day.
