Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute ticket orders that are entered into the system and resolved according to the SLA.
  • Carry out the process of installing, configuring and implementing new applications, new functions, upgrading, and repairing ICT infrastructure devices.
  • Ensure services and support for application systems run according to SLA.
  • Carry out regular maintenance and monitoring of application systems (software, hardware, network, data communication, and backup).
  • Create reports and documentation related to asset management, FPIK, and work evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum S1 Information Systems / Informatics Engineering, min GPA 3.00.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT department.
  • Mastering basic networking and system troubleshooting.
  • Willing to work with shift pattern.
