Execute ticket orders that are entered into the system and resolved according to the SLA.
Carry out the process of installing, configuring and implementing new applications, new functions, upgrading, and repairing ICT infrastructure devices.
Ensure services and support for application systems run according to SLA.
Carry out regular maintenance and monitoring of application systems (software, hardware, network, data communication, and backup).
Create reports and documentation related to asset management, FPIK, and work evaluation.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum S1 Information Systems / Informatics Engineering, min GPA 3.00.
Minimum 2 years experience in IT department.
Mastering basic networking and system troubleshooting.
