2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
3. Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
4. Conduct training and development programs.

Qualifications

1. Experience in human resources or employee relations.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
