The job will be located in Jakarta and will be fully remote.

Responsibilities

  1. Define, develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies to sustain continuous growth in responsible market with sales forecast & sales funnel management.
  2. Meet or exceed booking/revenue goals by executing sales initiatives in alignment with regional marketing strategy.
  3. Ensure quality of work and compliance of all local government laws & regulations.
  4. Enhance effective communication within operations team and cross functional group to achieve company goals.
  5. Set relevant targets/quotas with distributors and continually monitor performance throughout the year.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Education – Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medical science or equivalent in other Science Discipline.
  2. At least 5 years of advancing experience in related sales in hospital and life sciences sectors with a consistent track record establishing relationships with dealers and channel partners.
  3. Proficient with business software (MS Office, SFDC, MS Excel advanced/Power BI at a minimum).
  4. Ability to make business decisions on product, pricing, margin expenses etc. with strong communication skills in English to translate market strategy into an executable sales plan.
  5. Ability to hold commercial events such as workshops, seminars and user meetings with channel partners and internal marketing and product managers based in Indonesia.
