● Act as the main point of contact between key customers and internal stakeholder(s)
● Represent the company and brand well in the eyes of key customers and their consumers
● Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers for collaborative growth
● Addressing and resolving key customers' issues and complaints, including avoiding similar ones in future
● Identifying and acquiring new customers and star outlets, as well as upselling to the existing database
● Negotiate contracts and agreements with key customers to achieve collaborative goals, including with new customers
● Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure.
● Ensure the correct products are delivered to key customers on time in full, respective of given SLA
● Develop the company's business alongside key customers' growth utilizing the company's marketing strategies and investments
● Be critical and analytical in reporting on key customers' progress, goals, and forecast for relevant stakeholder(s) in order to build a robust pipeline and good account planning
● Has present networks of good relationships with members in target key customers is bonus
Requirements:
● Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and other stakeholders
● Good knowledge of company's products and values, customer's needs, goals, and challenges
● The aptitude to demonstrate the value proposition and benefits of the company's products to end-consumer as well as the customer
● The ability of working well with other team members towards common goals and objectives
● The competence to negotiate for win-win outcome(s) for the company and the customer
● The proficiency to plan, execute, and monitor activities for complex accounts
● Good network of relationships in specialty and/or pharma retailers is more desired (i.e. Sociolla, KKV, Watsons, Guardian, etc.)
