In-House Dubbing Script Editor ( Full Time )

Fresto Post' is seeking an experienced In-House Dubbing Script Editor to join our growing team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for editing and refining dubbing scripts to ensure high-quality translations that capture the intended tone and meaning of the original content.

What you'll be doing

1. Thoroughly review and edit dubbing scripts to enhance quality, accuracy, and flow of the translated content
2. Collaborate with translation teams to ensure scripts align with the original source material
3. Provide feedback and guidance to translators to improve their skills and the overall quality of dubbing scripts
4. Liaise with production teams to ensure scripts are delivered on time and ready for the dubbing process
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in dubbing and translation
6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of style guides and translation guidelines

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a script editor or translator
3. Excellent command of English and the target language (Indonesian)
4. Strong proofreading and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
5. Ability to work collaboratively with translation teams and production staff
6. Knowledge of dubbing and translation industry standards and best practices
7. Familiarity with multimedia content creation and post-production processes
