Implementer / Software Tester (HRIS)

Experience & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or equivalent (min. GPA 3.00)
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL Database
3. Prior experience as a Software Tester or HRIS Implementor
4. Knowledge of HRIS functionality, payroll processes, and tax (PPh 21) is a plus
5. Experience with test automation frameworks (such as Katalon, Appium, or Cypress) is a plus

Job Description:

1. Implement and configure HRIS according to client specifications
2. Create implementation documentation, including functional business requirements
3. Conduct training and provide technical support to end users
4. Develop test scenarios and execute application testing
5. Identify, report, and document software bugs and issues
6. Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and enhance product quality
