Job description
Job Responsibility
Manage all inbound communication channels: Handle calls, live chats, and emails related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and other product-related issues.
Provide exceptional customer service: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality service and offering accurate information.
Resolve customer issues: Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records: Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
Stay informed about products and services: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Continuous improvement: Seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team development.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in English and Bahasa.
SPM graduates and fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
Flexible availability for 24-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient in computer literacy and typing skills.
Ability to use computers effectively and efficiently.
Capable of effective communication, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa.
