If you are familiar with ITIL, SNMP, WMI, AD, AWS, Containers, SIEM, or MDM, then you will feel at home. ManageEngine products are used by 9 out of every 10 Fortune 100 companies and cater to over 50 verticals.

The right candidate will play the role of a technical solution consultant for our IT Management software suite and will be our expert in the country, working with partners and customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be an evangelist for IT solutions across operations, security, help desk, desktops, networks, etc.
  • Communicate with customers (IT Managers, IT Administrators, Engineers) and partners to understand requirements and recommend the right ManageEngine product in tandem with Account Managers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers and address technical queries.
  • Work with multiple products focused on IT Management from the company.
  • Understand product areas including Desktop Management, IT Help Desk, Windows Management, and Public and Private Cloud management.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and product events, both online and offline as needed.
  • Travel to customer locations when it is safe to do so.

Requirements

  • Excellent business-level local language skills.
  • Interest in learning new software products and getting into details.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple ManageEngine product teams.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience in the IT industry.
  • Good background in ITSM Solutions, desktop, and server/network administration is a must.
  • You must be a resident of the country you are applying for and know the local language at a professional capacity.
  • Datacenter experience or Enterprise LAN Network experience or Windows Environment experience is an advantage.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification, Microsoft Certification, or Cisco and other industry certifications are an advantage.
