Direct Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent responsibilities are to ensure all Hygiene & Sanitation Policy & Procedure are adhered to & improvements are in place. To lead all team members in accordance with the P&P compliance, facilitating the learning process to all new colleagues/trainees, as well as giving refreshers to all parties. Leading & conducting Internal audits to ensure consistency of performance & arranging monthly management meetings to update the Hotel progress status.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity in an International Chain Hotel
Graduate in Food Technology Major or Microbiology, or Public Health (food safety and nutrition)
Certified in HACCP or ISO 22000
Strong leadership skills
Self-driven, willing to work hard & able to work under pressure
