Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will oversee key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and labor law compliance. They will ensure efficient day-to-day operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate should excel in conflict resolution and be adept at working with expatriate employees.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.
  2. Oversee payroll processes and HRIS management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency (experience with Talenta preferred).
  3. Address employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  4. Support employees with local labor law compliance and smooth workplace integration.
  5. Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with company goals and Indonesian labor regulations.
  6. Conduct performance evaluations and implement strategies for employee development and retention.
  7. Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or property management.
  3. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and payroll management.
  4. Strong conflict resolution and employee relations skills.
  5. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  6. Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations.

For this position, the client’s budget is between 15.000.000 - 20.000.000 /month.
