About Our Client

Client is a leading distribution company in supporting the agriculture sector.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and SOPs across Talent cycle, such as recruitment, organization structure and design, talent management, people development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and other related human capital functions.
  • Actively drive and ensure day-to-day HR operations are running effectively.
  • Ensure all HR processes comply with local labor laws and industry best practices aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish streamlined HR policies and practices throughout different branches that support business goals.
  • Ensure performance management system aligns individual and team performance with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compensation structures and benefits packages are fair during salary reviews and promotions.
  • Manage development framework that identifies training needs to enhance productivity.
  • Enhance employee engagement initiatives and promote retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while handling employee relations, grievances, and disputes.
  • Introduce and manage HR systems to automate and optimize HR operations and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide support and guidance to department heads and managers on HR-related matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid experience in end-to-end Human Resources spectrum both at operational and strategic levels.
  • 10+ years of working experience with at least 3-5 years in driving and leading the overall HR department.
  • Proven track record in establishing and revamping HR processes from scratch.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and ability to integrate HR best practices through a strong business understanding.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to support, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and highly organized in a dynamic environment with a high level of integrity.
  • Experience working in a distribution business would be advantageous.
  • Ideally, experience working in a local corporation.
  • Experience in transformation or driving change management would be advantageous.
