Job Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and SOPs across the Talent cycle, such as recruitment, organization structure and design, talent management, people development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and other related human capital functions.
• Actively drive and ensure day-to-day HR Operations are running effectively.
• Ensure all HR processes comply with local labor laws and industry best practices aligned with business objectives.
• Establish streamlined HR policies and practices throughout different branches that support business goals.
• Ensure compensation structures and benefits packages are fair during salary reviews and promotions.
• Enhance employee engagement initiatives and promote retention strategies.
• Introduce and manage HR systems to automate and optimize HR operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

• Solid experience in the end-to-end Human Resources spectrum at both operational and strategic levels.
• 10+ years of working experience, with at least 3-5 years in driving and leading the overall HR department.
• Proven track record in establishing and revamping HR processes from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and ability to integrate HR best practices through a strong business understanding.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to support, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and be highly organized in a dynamic environment with a high level of integrity.
• Ideally, experience working in a local corporation.
• Good communication skills; preferably candidates living in West Jakarta or North Jakarta.
