Job Description

• Provide support for current and future business requirements through employee development, engagement, and motivation.
• Create, monitor, and enhance HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Cultivate a conducive and positive working environment.
• Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that are in alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Foster positive management and employee relations by addressing employee demands, grievances, and other related issues.
• Handle administrative tasks, including those related to the canteen and facility team.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system aimed at driving high performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR functions, with a focus on HR management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.
• Experience in a multinational services environment is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
