As an Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. At P&G HR, your projects will deliver leading edge deep understanding in areas such as employee engagement, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training and development etc.

Job Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of experience in HR field
2. Have graduated from Bachelor or Master's degree
3. Have a growth mentality
4. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, e.g: employees, external partners, leadership, and peers
5. Driven individuals with external focus and passion for organization work
6. Strong operate with discipline and attention to details
7. Have strong analytical/integrative thinking
8. Willing to relocate to different locations within Indonesia
