Assist in monthly payroll calculations, including BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan (Indonesian Social Security), and income tax (PPh 21).
Manage employee benefits programs such as annual medical check-ups, religious holiday bonuses (THR), and other incentives.
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
Organize internal events to strengthen team bonding and promote a positive work culture.
Support in managing employee disciplinary actions and resolving workplace conflicts.
Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with the Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records (both physical and digital files) and ensure regular updates.
Manage administrative procedures for new hires, resignations, and internal job changes.
Assist with the processing of expatriate work permits (e.g., KITAS) when required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS regulations.
Experience in multinational or foreign-invested companies is a plus.
Proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., Talenta, GajiHub) and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin (spoken & written).
Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
HR certification (e.g., PSMB) is a strong advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good problem-solving skills.
