Organize recruitment interviews based on the employment needs of various departments, assist in screening and evaluating candidates, and ensure timely fulfillment of departmental talent.
Manage labor contracts for Indonesian employees, including contract signing, renewal, modification, and termination. Additionally, handle and archive confidentiality agreements, family record cards, identity cards, NPWP, and other relevant documents to ensure compliance and security of personnel records.
Handle other HR-related tasks, including but not limited to onboarding, probation, job transfers, resignation procedures, social security and benefits management, employee relations, and other HR matters assigned by superior to ensure comprehensive and efficient HR operations.
Manage employee disciplinary actions and provide advice to leaders on ways to manage each case.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Min. Diploma Degree (D3) in Human Resources, Business Management, or related major.
Experience in HR compliance role through at least a minimum of 2 years related experience.
Fluency in active Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin. Proficiency in English is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented with excellent administrative and reporting skills.
Strong knowledge of human resource management, regulation, and best practices in the mining industry.
