Job Description:

1. Assist on HR Generalist related to all ASUS Recruitment Administration.
2. Responsible for Onboarding and Probation Evaluation.
3. Ensure all HR Documents are organized and filed correctly.
4. Work together with HR Generalist & HR Country Manager to implement Employee Development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
5. Collaborate with HR Generalist & HR Country Manager to implement Employee Engagement initiatives to increase awareness of ASUS Culture.
6. Responsible for HR Payment and Employee Administration requests.
7. Assist with HR Compensation and Benefits Administration.
8. Responsible for attendance and other HR operational tasks.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or Management.
2. Minimum of 2-5 years in HR roles.
3. Understanding of basic employment laws and regulations.
4. Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
5. Able to tackle issues and make decisions.
6. Experience in the hiring process and employee engagement is a plus.
7. Strong organizational skills.
8. Comfortable using HR software and systems.
9. Handle confidential information with integrity.
