Position: HR Business Partner - Manufacturing (Food Industry)

About the Role

A leading company in the food manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, this role is supported by an extensive HR network, covering payroll, recruitment, rewards & benefits, and talent management.

In this position, you will drive and execute the People Agenda to achieve the 2025 People plan, with a focus on Talent, Organization, Skills, Capabilities, Performance, Labor Strategy, and Culture. Your work will involve implementing HR programs and strategies that support our business objectives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to address business and people challenges, enhancing performance and growth within the region.
• Implement HR strategies that are aligned with organizational objectives across various countries.
• Build strong, credible relationships with the leadership team and the broader HR community.

About You

• You bring extensive HR leadership experience, with deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws.
• Strong capability in managing both operational and strategic HR tasks, particularly in fast-paced, international, and matrixed environments.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong organizational skills and an ownership mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively handle multiple responsibilities.
