A leading company in the food manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, this role is supported by an extensive HR network, covering payroll, recruitment, rewards & benefits, and talent management.
In this position, you will drive and execute the People Agenda to achieve the 2025 People plan, with a focus on Talent, Organization, Skills, Capabilities, Performance, Labor Strategy, and Culture. Your work will involve implementing HR programs and strategies that support our business objectives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
