SMOORE Indonesia is part of SMOORE International Holdings Limited. We are an atomization technology platform headquartered in Shenzhen, China, with 15 independent industrial parks located in China and 4 plants in Indonesia. We have 2 in Malang, 1 in Purwosari - Pasuruan, and 1 in Berbek - Sidoarjo.

Our Sidoarjo and Malang Plants are currently looking for a Human Resource Specialist. Here are the details:

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the updating, monitoring, and evaluation of the implementation of procedures and systems related to industrial relations.
• Ensure the Industrial Relation field runs well without disputes, proficient in labor laws compliance, Employee Handbook, and best practices, including labor laws and diversity initiatives.
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders related to employment.
• Supervise operational processes such as attendance reports, payroll processes, manage the distribution of payroll and related data such as tax deductions, and create tax reports as required. Manage and evaluate employee insurance claims and periodically review work contracts.
• Oversee performance review processes, goal setting, and feedback sessions (KPI & Performance Management).
• Ensure People Development implementation and monitor training needs and programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Monitor the quality of training sessions, ensuring they engage participants effectively and adhere to scheduled timelines.
• Monitor the impact of training programs and adjust content or methods as needed for continuous improvement.
• Support organizational development initiatives by analyzing workforce capabilities and identifying skill gaps.
• Facilitate change management processes, drive cultural alignment, and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Human Resources Supervisor.
• Proficient in laws and regulations, PPH21, labor relations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Experience with training program development and change management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical thinking and self-driven.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin speaker is preferred.
