Job Summary

A Human Resources Staff with a background in psychology, responsible for assisting in the management of human resources in a company or organization. This job includes administration, employee data management, recruitment, training, employee development, as well as psychological aspects related to human resource management.

Qualifications

  1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
  2. Domiciled in West Jakarta.
  3. Female, maximum age of 26 years old.
  4. Have 1 year of working experience in the human resources field.
  5. Willing to join as soon as possible.
  6. Ready to follow 100% work from office (WFO) process and face-to-face interviews.
  7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  8. People-oriented and results-driven.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  11. Passionate about using and updating social media.
  12. Advanced Excel skills.
  13. Active on social media and able to create interesting content related to employee branding.
  14. Able to work independently or as part of a team, with a high level of initiative in completing tasks.
  15. Proficient in using office applications (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist and support the HR manager in the scope of human resources.
  2. Prepare data to be used for employee payroll.
  3. Assist the HR manager in carrying out some HR services functions related to administrative management.
  4. Conduct HR-related administrative processes (inputting data, checking documents, filling documents, etc.).
  5. Conduct training and counseling for employees according to their needs.
  6. Coordinate with related parties to fulfill employee needs.
  7. Handle matters related to BPJS Kesehatan (Health Insurance) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment Insurance).
  8. Ensure that the company's standard operating procedures, regulations, and policies are implemented properly.
  9. Create job requirements and manage them regularly.
  10. Conduct technical and end-to-end recruitment processes.
