Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, compensation and benefits, HR reports, recruitment, training & development, group hospitalization and personal accident insurance, medical expenses, foreign workers management and all other HR related matters.
Responsible for complete payroll functions from monthly payroll processing/approval, monthly statutory (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, LHDN etc) payments to yearly income tax reporting and audit request by external auditors.
Compilation and preparation of HR reports, such as headcount, turnover analysis, attendance, department expenses etc.
Manage the full cycle of recruitment and manpower planning processes, including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, maintaining candidate records and develop job descriptions that draw in qualified applicants.
Handle all HR-related documentation for onboarding and departing employees, new hire orientation and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate, monitor, and ensure performance appraisal and confirmation reviews are completed and compiled for annual performance evaluation process, including tracking and documentation.
Responsible for formulating and ensuring consistent HR policies and practices in line with business needs and in accordance with local labor legislations. Communicate changes in policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance is followed.
Handle employee relations and disciplinary issues, grievances, investigation, domestic inquiry and documentation such as warning letter and others which is relevant to disciplinary.
Liaise with the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp) for approval of training grants or any training related issues.
Handle the recruitment and renewal of foreign workers passport, medical check-up and work permit.
Keep abreast of the latest updates on employment law and compliance requirements.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, coordinate in any company event and CSR activities.
Participate in HR projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma with experience in related field / Degree in HR Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
Experience and familiar with the full spectrum of HR, especially in manufacturing environment
Possess comprehensive knowledge of Employment Act and current HR practices in Malaysia
Good in problem solving and understanding of employment act for company interests
Requires strong administration skills, including good in written/oral communication
Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & any Human Resources System
Ability to maintain high confidentiality at all time with integrity
