Human Resource Business Partner (OD & IR)

Contract, Kasual/Temporer

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resource Business Partner (OD & IR) to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing key people strategies that align with our business goals and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that our HR initiatives support our company’s overall strategic direction and help drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Development:

  1. Identify organizational development needs based on the company's long-term goals.
  2. Devise and implement development programs that include restructuring, cultural change, and process improvement.
  3. Develop programs to improve leadership and management skills at all levels.
  4. Collaborate with the HR team to identify high potential talent and improve employee performance.
  5. Measure the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives and provide recommendations for seamless operation.

Industrial Relations:

  1. Maintain good relations between employees and management by facilitating open communication.
  2. Ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulations and handles employee-related legal issues.
  3. Manage and resolve industrial disputes efficiently, both internally and externally.
  4. Develop HR policies that support industrial relations, such as employee discipline and complaint handling procedures.
  5. Provide strategic input to management in relation to HR policies and their implications for business objectives.
  6. Align HR strategy with business objectives to ensure organizational growth.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  2. Experience:
    1. 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, talent management, or organizational development.
    2. Proven experience in managing HR initiatives that align with business strategies and improve organizational performance.
  3. Technical Skills:
    1. Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools.
    2. Strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  4. Soft Skills:
    1. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    2. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
    3. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  5. Willing to work at Legok, Tangerang Area.
